• have assigned roles, like person to close down, person to handle money, person to handle drinks, etc

• we are in the works of getting google apps premiere for free
• should we re-brand the site to reflect the charity status
• lets people give us money and write it off their taxes
• do have have a close enough relationship between our mission and our activities?
• we need a focused and sustained effort on getting grants and things like that
• form a committee to work on this - dave will start a thread
