Agenda

Phase out of former leaders from Slack Leadership channel and mailing list

  • Purpose is to have a period where former members of leadership actively participate in transitioning to the new leadership and show new members the ropes. At specified points former members drop out of the communication channels.
  • We also wish to address a process which will allow current officers and board members to gracefully hand over their positions and/or responsibilities when they are unable to fulfill them for an extended duration.
  • Proposal
    • One month for former board members
    • Three months for former officers
