• The new space access status
  • Greg is working on a better access system
    • Code should be about done
    • Replacing the other reader so it has the same software
    • Duc{t,k} tape it to the door temporarily
  • This has been designed to also be usable for certified tool access
• Physical "desk" space for leadership
  • What do we need?
    • Document Scanner
    • Desk/table
    • Waivers
    • Firesafe box/locking cabinet
    • Stock of waivers and member forms
    • Member onboarding things
    • RFID Cards
  • What would cost money?
  • We could go paperless totally, and have a kiosk
    • This would eliminate the need for more physical things/paper
    • This requires more work to get going, but a great future idea
• Warden email/contact info
  • Don't want to put contact info on the internet
  • A solution would be to put a form on the wiki/webpage that would enable people to submit things directly to wardens
• To-Do Spreadsheet review
• Do we need someone else as a backup to the bank accounts?
  • Ask Jim about if anyone else has access to it?
  • Who would that be?
  • Should we have a non-profit card - dash.io
  • Ask PNC about options (they do this for their busniess, so they know what they're talking about)

  • Ask local non-profits how they deal with the legal stuffs
    • CAC
  • Have some open forums over the next few weeks
  • Code of conduct moving forward
