AC

  • We have about $2750 in donations
  • Jim planning on announcing before tomorrow's meeting
  • Should we announce the donators? Some people want to be anon. Will this put weird pressure on those who cannot/chose not to donate?
  • If everyone paid 1 extra month of membership that would be a huge chunk towards AC
  • Asked Dave B about the HVAC guy he knows - he will f/u

Other

  • Schwinn has provided link in leadership to new member slideshow.
    • Would like to have actual video footage to go with it instead of a slideshow
    • Do we have anyone with that capabilities?
    • Schwinn mentioned that he spoke with another tenant who videos bands, etc

Access Control

  • RFID for "star trek door*
    • Chris D has it
    • Chris H has written software
    • Chris D looking to get it installed tomorrow
    • Door code will be changed once RFID is installed
  • Other tenants on same floor leave fire door open
    • Not just a matter of moving cart, etc. Left open for prolonged periods of time
    • Velzy going to look at bearing replacement
  • Let's get elevator door RFID'ed

Cameras

  • Need approx 4 more cameras.
    • They're ~$40 a piece
    • Hot Crafts area is heavily used - should have camera there
  • Do we need a doorbell
    • Phone is more efficient general consensus
  • Reels
    • Want vs need
    • Will come back to it.
  • Emergency Contact
    • We need to have this banked somewhere
