- Stuff from last month has been pitched. Unless it hasn't.

- Elly processed 3 pending applications
- We need to review the member processing instructions for new officers/board members.
- Finance
- Current Balence $28,704
- Jim has produced financial and membership trend documents.
- Discussion of what is a safe reserve? One reccomendation was a year of operating expenses.
- We are running $1000 a month surplus, not accounting for variable expenses.
- We are calling on the area wardens to create an inventory of major tools in each area.
- We are able to increase our monthly spend. However, we wish to reiterate that tool purchases must be preappoved.

- Hive Expansion
- The attorney fees clause is a non starter.
- Jim will pursue this matter. Board opinion is turning towards not leasing the space.
- Review to-do list/add things.
- Homework is to review the todo list google doc
- Bylaw revisions
- Elly and Greg would like to lead bylaw revision meetings.
- Lorin suggests looking for recuced rate or pro bono legal advice from groups that work with non profits.
- Pallet shelves
- Unlabeled shelves will move to pugatory
- The small putty colored small lockers are next on the hitlist. Check prepurgatory if your stuff moved.
