  • Finance
    • What needs to happen for open finances? Doesn't need to be fancy at first, just a spread sheet. :)
  • Membership Audit
    • Let's set a date tonight!
  • Hive Expansion
    • Poke Garden Street for a straight answer whether they want to rent it or not...
  • Review to-do list/ add things.
  • Bylaw revisions
    • Let's do this thing :D
    • Let's have a few meetings with membership to focus on 1-2 issues a night to work those out
  • Pallet shelves
    • Updates and progress
    • Do members still need to move things? If so has a final warming/request been sent out?

    • New Pic taken. This will be forwarded to the mailing list.
    • Stuff from last month has been pitched. Unless it hasn't.
  • Pending Applications
    • Elly processed 3 pending applications
    • We need to review the member processing instructions for new officers/board members.
  • Finance
    • Current Balence $28,704
    • Jim has produced financial and membership trend documents.
    • Discussion of what is a safe reserve? One reccomendation was a year of operating expenses.
    • We are running $1000 a month surplus, not accounting for variable expenses.
    • We are calling on the area wardens to create an inventory of major tools in each area.
    • We are able to increase our monthly spend. However, we wish to reiterate that tool purchases must be preappoved.
  • Membership Audit
    • Wednesday December 7.
  • Hive Expansion
    • The attorney fees clause is a non starter.
    • Jim will pursue this matter. Board opinion is turning towards not leasing the space.
  • Review to-do list/add things.
    • Homework is to review the todo list google doc
  • Bylaw revisions
    • Elly and Greg would like to lead bylaw revision meetings.
    • Lorin suggests looking for recuced rate or pro bono legal advice from groups that work with non profits.
  • Pallet shelves
    • Unlabeled shelves will move to pugatory
    • The small putty colored small lockers are next on the hitlist. Check prepurgatory if your stuff moved.
