From time to time Hive13 will host different contests.  These contests are open to both members of the group and the general public.  We have yet to work out any standards for contests but here is how it is looking how:
* Person attending one of the Hive13 meetings will announce the contest, giving a deadline for the contest.
* The person announcing the contest is encouraged to offer a prize, but it not required.


= Meta Contest Rules Discussion =
This page needs to be fleshed out more, and general contest rules and guidelines need to be clarified.  Here are a few details I think need to be worked out:
* Prize funding, Group? Personal? Optional? Guidelines for this?
* Who, when where should the contest be announced?
* What am I missing?
