• short term goals that are ready for dates and action
  • dumpster date for purge, etc March 11; let's formalize our notification campaign to be ready to blast starting Feb 1
    • Kate needs to draft a procedure for board approval for the disposal of (former and/or inactive / unresponsive) member items left at the HIVE
    • do we have any interested parties for championing the potential sales of dungeon crap? If so, that needs to start ASAP
  • choose two dates for dungeon workdays that fall between now and 3/11
  • do we have enough stuff for the second bathroom buildout now that can justify a workday before the vote ends? If so, let's get that date on the calendar
