Buy ONLY NEW OEM Epson print cartridges for Hive13 use. They are only a little bit more expensive, Hive13 can afford them, and it reduces our risk of damage due to remanufacture defects. Buy only the "High Yield" cartridges, they last way longer. Keep one spare of each color on hand at all times, if you install the spare, tell the COO we need another to be purchased on the warden budget.

Every now and then, the "Maintenance Box" (the self-clean feature purges the nozzles into this to keep them clear) needs to be replaced. The part number is C12C934591.
Hive13 keeps Tray 1 full of 8.5" x 11" white copy paper and Tray 2 full of 11" x 17" white copy paper. Members are responsible for providing any other sizes or types as needed.
