- Progress update on RFID locks
- Maybe schedule a day to have a moving party to get some stuff in the space and get things started setting up as soon as the locks are installed!

- No cost for event, a door donation for the EFF or Free Software Foundation
- Providing food and entertainment
- Open forum for questions about social issues and technology (i.e. what is bitcoin, what info can people get from an open wifi network, etc.)
- Demonstrations from Lorin's students

- Garage sale a couple blocks from here, may be of interest for metal working folks
- This Saturday, check mailing list
- Voting system needs upgrading - Ian is working on it
- Setting up an authentication server for the Hive, (need that first before the voting system)
- Use a simple low impact thing as a test (What soda do you want? etc.)
- Going to use open source software if possible - Lime survey
- Trying to balance anonymity and transparency
- Anonymized voting totals, but a list of names side by side not attached to a specific vote
- New computers coming to the hive
- Computer going to the lounge again
- Upgrade to the CNC computer
- Maybe protect the cnc from the dust, maybe use the lounge? Anyone can work on this, not Ian :P

- Doc Willy - doing work on the Shapeoko wiring it up, planning to laser cut a box to put things for it
- Nancy - CLEAN YOUR DISHES AND CHECK THE DISHWASHERRRRRRRRRR, did some bike riding on Saturday 240+ miles, found a thrift store she hadn't been to before
- James - work has consumed him, sick staycation, quadcopter work again after awhile
- Tom - new person, got a lot of projects, sensor data
- Brent - some electronics projects
- John - new person, met Brent at ham radio event, electronics
- John - work has been busy
- Brad - went to garage sale and got a drill doctor for $20 - donated to the hive, helped fix a box
- Andrew - volunteering time at multimillion dollar company that is close to the release date and it's not going well
- Steve - worked on jeep, finally got it out of the driveway
- Jim - will complete a laser project some time in the next year
- Hodapp - will be fighting Jim for the laser time in the next year
- Greg - tired recently, went home, enjoyed weather, did work on RV, working on the door RFID lock
- Shaddoxx - remoted in, forgot to ask what he did, whoops!
