Hive tool tour
- Mill update
  - Nothing New. Possibility of using motors to build a new CNC?
- CNC update
  - CNC running. coy is showing people how things are working.
- Laser update
  - Nothing new happening here.
- Gigabot
  - Pi for the gigabot put into the polar. Bug in the firmware causing the nozzle to collide into the buildplate. Still working on it.
Put tools we should get on the wiki wishlist.
- Dark Ian would like to improve the wishlist, open to suggestions how to make it better.
  - Brad would like to put nicer consumables on the wishlist
    - Group decides and Jim vouched to have those put on the wardens spreadsheet.
Advanced welding classes this Friday and Saturday.
- 4 people came to the last welding class. Details can be found on the main website (hive13.org)
There will be a Kikad workshop this Thursday.

KiCad class this Thursday (the 28th) at 7:30. See blog for info.
Oscillating belt sander is currently down. Seems like something is wrong with the gearbox in it.
- Kevin cracked into it, but isn't sure if the motor is serviceable or not.
Room next door upgrades vote - $450
- 14 members here, 4 online votes. All vote YES.
Jim- We had gotten a complaint from upstairs about noise last week in the morning because of COY!
- Coy was being rude!
- Was definitely the Air compressor making the noise.
  - Anyone want to try and build a killswitch for the/ compressor?
  - Maybe find the Airleaks would be a better idea
Brad- Get Generic Business card for the hive.
- We should maybe look into getting bulk ordered business cards for the hive.
The slot machine needs to go home. If the owner doesn't claim it soon, it will wind up in purgatory.

Will- Laser cut stuff, got rear ended.

Tim- New member. Tinkering with new projects. Not too productive otherwise.

Brad- CNC warden. Wife’s birthday. Went to Disneyworld for one day.

Isabelle- New person. Interested in 3d printing. Hear from us from a friend.

Shane- New person. Electrical/ Mechanical engineer

Coy- Hooked up new steppers from CNC. Working on Safes.

John- New member. Working on 3d model to print a chuck for a laithe. Working on a giant 3d monster.

Jim D- Treasurer. Working on Arduino project for automatic door opener for his CNC at home.
