- (If not clearly labeled on the item) when it expires.
Anything that's not labeled with your name will be considered free for the taking and/or potentially thrown out on cleanout days. If you need refridgeration for something that isn't food safe, you can keep it in the non-food-safe fridge which is located in 3D.
Dishes
Hive13 has collected a random assortment of dishes and cookware. Please use these items, but take care of them. Wash your dishes and utensils after using them, etc.
Baking
If you like to bake, we have Cooling trays and Silicon baking mats in the drawer labeled as such. For measuring dry goods, we do have a digital scale that will measure down to the gram (and a 50 gram weight to calibrate it). If you are measuring wet goods, we have a adjustable measuring cup that you can use to measure and pour from, as well as traditional liquid and dry measuring cups.
Misc Items
We do have instant read thermometers, a magnetic knife block, a drying mat (for washing the dishes by hand), and a stash of various items.
Dirty hand towels
Please place dirty hand towels in the home depot bucket under the wood block table. Ian or someone else will try to wash them twice a week.
