Hackerspaces are community-operated physical places, where people can meet and work on their projects - like art, hardware, electronics, robotics, and fashion. Hive13 is also a place to learn, work, teach, and collaborate on technologies, art, music, and community.

About Our Space

We are currently renting a great space in the Camp Washington neighborhood of Cincinnati, OH. We have approximately 3500 square feet in a building called the Anchor Building. The address is 2929 Spring Grove Ave..

Our space has several work areas including an office-like area, a kitchen, and a "dirty" room in addition to the open warehouse space. We have high ceilings and sturdy floors. We also have many tools and parts already on hand that are available for members to use in projects. We also have couches and videos games for relaxing.

Also find us online at:

Joining

If you are interested in joining our hackerspace, have a look at How To Become A Member or come to one of our meetings. We generally meet on Tuesdays in the evening, but guests can visit us anytime a member is at the space.

Visiting

If you would like to visit our space for any reason, the best time to stop by is during our weekly meeting on Tuesdays. If you are interested in coming to give a presentation you can contact our President or Secretary via email. Anyone is welcome to visit the space anytime a member is there.

Visitors are advised to park on the street in front of the building or in the parking lot at the south end of the building - but not in the back around the loading dock area. If it is a meeting night our doors should be open - come on in! If the front door is locked, try the back door on the loading dock.
