Computers in Warden Areas

• We need to be able to recover from disasters.
  • Image backups (To Do)
  • Needed interfaces
• Some help is needed from Warden and experts regarding details.
• This is just a start. It's a joint COO, CTO and anyone that wants to help effort.

• COO's crappy and incomplete summary
  • We need more thought to tool placement
    • and the ability of people to return them to where they came from
  • Dave can hopefully explain this better

Open house sessions after some weekly meetings

• Is this still a good idea?
• How do we light a fire under it if it is?

General comments on Wardens

• Wardens are hard to come by!
  • Don't ever let anyone underappreciate what you do!
  • Warden helpers or sub-wardens are badly needed.
    • Any ideas?
• Wardens have vastly different availability and intensity levels.
  • We want to work with that, not against it.

Machine Shop

• Working on the newly purchased "old" CNC machines. I've stripped down the CNC lathe and am looking into the electronics to drive it. Mechanically the lathe looks in very good mechanical condition. Lots of information on the interwebs I'm digging through.
