- Jim: still working on trying to get that apples to apples comparison
- have to make a decision as far as how high the deductible should be
- how valuable is our stuff
- it seems like they have liability around $1-2M
- probably could have quarterly instead of yearly, but probably not monthly
- Fuzz: let's see if we can get it done in time for the party
- Jim: let's me fuzz and craig see if we can get it done before saturday

- not enough people here, can't vote

- fuzz: no cover is a good idea, get people in the door, make money off them other ways
- real win is getting more members
- dave: how many people are coming
- craig, fuzz: we know pretty many people that could show up
- fuzz is bringing one keg of beer, around 100 cups of beer, probably christian moerlien, about $100
- dave i think $10 is too high
- craig: especially if other people are bring their own drinks too
- fuzz - i will be party czar for tonight
- fuzz: final beer price = $5 for unlimited cup
- craig - raffle tickets = $5, i will buy new actual tickets to use
- craig - i will be "working" the raffle from 7 - 9, taking money, etc
- craig - will get something like a cash box or whatever from staples, possibly mendelson's
- fuzz - i will be working the silent auction "booth"
- fuzz - raffle and silent combined booth
