- We got a lease back, they added a section about us paying all legal fees if we have a case with them. Everyone thinks this is kind of ridiculous, Jon will send a response soon asking them to remove it.

- We have one new application. We would like her to come around a little more before accepting.

- We need to know more concretely what his plan is for it down here. There are no details and we have little enough space. We don't have room to keep around a tool that we have no idea what is going to happen with it.

- Lorin read a little bit about it, but doesn't really know any details.
- It is a group that could possibly help us look for grants.
