  • Additional vote to resolve conflicting bylaw changes
    • This year we have two competing bylaw change proposals. The bylaws have no way to resolve a pair of conflicting bylaw changes if both receive 2/3 of the ballots cast during the election.
    • In order to resolve the conflicting bylaw changes the Hive13 board of directors and officers propose this additional dependent vote.
      • DO NOTE: This vote only takes effect, If and Only If both bylaw changes regarding Voting receive 2/3 of the ballots cast during the 2019 annual election.
