    • Raised $10,301.
      • Not worrying about the extra until we receive invoices as there's always the potential for extra fees
    • Jim has been in communication w/ T shirt company, Chris D also has worked with a company
      • Jim sending thank you emails to donors and asking for tee sizes
  • Membership mass communications
    • Who has access to member's personal emails? Is there a large master list?
      • List is generated at time of use - only accessible by CTO and Secretary.
        • All members are on this list
  • Upcoming election

      • Regarding the annual meeting date:
        • Annual Meeting held in the month of July. The President or delegate sets the date, time, and location of such meeting. Recommend July 20, 2021
        • Notice of Annual Meetings at least ten (10) days but no more than sixty (60) days before the meeting date. Earliest notice at 60 days from July 20, 2021 is May 21, 2021 Latest notice is July 10, 2021
      • Nominations
        • Any qualified Member has the right to nominate an eligible person for office.
        • Any qualified Member has the right to nominate themselves.
        • Only the nominated candidate can un-nominate themselves.
        • All nominations for Director positions are due one (1) week before the Annual Meeting of the Members.
        • If only one (1) person is timely nominated to run for an office and accepts such nomination, they shall run unopposed.

    • What computer becomes the meeting computer?
    • Thinkpads don't have HDMI
      • Drew K has some adapters that we can probably make work
        • Update: Drew tested them during meeting - they work!
    • TV has many ports.
      • Media cart for TV?
        • Velzy is in his "making things with wheels" phase. He could eventually make a media center

    • Who certifies? Do certifications expire after a certain time? Who manages this?
