  • House keeping
    • DIY Bio table went away, there is a pile of junk left over.
    • Noise curfew
      • Midnight to 8am. If you get complaints tell Ryan.
    • Warden suggestions! Email wardens@ -hive domain- if you run across broken tools, want to suggest purchases, etc.
  • Hive tool tour
    • The wishlist includes lots of suggestions for tool purchases! Feel free to add tools there if you want them.
    • Mill class/update: Class was good! DRO is broken.
    • CNC router class/update: Class was good, no big changes other than that
    • laser update: both lasers are permanently connected, make sure only one laser is turned on at a time.
    • Gigabot update: Electronics have been update. It still needs the firmware to be updated to be up and running again.
  • Board meeting yesterday
    • See minutes
  • Welding class
    • See blog, mailing list thread going out. If you are available to take either class on the two days they offered leave that in the eventbrite purchase. If a class doesn't get more than one person signed up for a day that day will be cancelled.
  • Library summer events
    • Anyone want to volunteer for this? :) Contact Lorin!

  • Jim's New Year Resolutions
    • From the CNC class, we should have demo pieces that people make on tools as a "first run" for CNC router, laser, etc.
    • Red's opening day parade. Do it again?
    • Power tool drag racing. Do it again?
  • Space next door - $250/month +$250 deposit
    • Only voting for the trial, not the lease, not the use of space, etc.

  • Jim D - Has been working on an automatic door opener for his CNC Router. Wants to let people know about the Robot Zoo travelling exhibit at the Boone County library.
  • Brad W - taught the Mill class, played DnD with some friends this weekend.
