- Panel X 100%
- Panel Y 98% Kiln needs to be wired into panel
- Electrician giving quote on 7/7/2020 for panel W and Z service cable hook up
Storage
- member storage done and usable for people to move stuff from old building
- Vertical Long Storage, Vertical Sheet Storage, and Project Parking on hold till higher priority work done
Walls
- Drywall on hold till electrical and network finished
- we may want to put the rest up ourselves

Elections: We are a week out, not quite to quorum, everyone please vote
Move: X and Y panels pretty much done Wood shop near complete, except dust collection FabLab near empty, just lasers
Goals for this weekend: get the closeable spaces (FabLab, Welding Room, Lounge) 100% empty Lasers moving Thursday
Vertical storage - a 12” space can’t have more than 5 sheets of ¾” plywood Need someone to design and build
Cornerstone corners can’t have more than ~14 sheets of plywood
HVAC - likely next year, COVID is less scary without recirc air Window units can move to strategic spaces Move ones from closable spaces over to new building as we empty the spaces
Access control - Dave V., Ian, and other small team getting temp system operational
Network landlord getting wireless Wired handoff of fiber to our wired network Will have both guest and tenant wifi
Plan for the Week:
All week: Pull cable for Panel W, our electrical guys need support to be able to stay productive Pack and Move anything you can, as you can make it in to work on stuff
Wednesday: Disassemble and pack laser equipment Thursday: Cut Laser from FabLab during day, move to 2701 with flat bed truck in the evening Move Glass Materials and Equipment
Weekend: 100% empty/move Fab Lab (including stuff mounted in ceilings and walls, AC units) 100% empty/move Welding Room (including air lines, cord reel, metal storage, etc.) 100% empty/move Lounge (including AV stuff, AC unit, art, etc.)
