- Need to nudge Garden Street about the leak above the workbench which has been ongoing for months and not fixed. A bucket is not a permanent solution, and people keep tripping over it.

- New initiative: Volunteer hours
- Recording hours volunteered both inside the Hive to keep it running/improve, and external (LTS, PTDR, etc.)
- Two fold:
- Give members who contribute some recognition
- Inspire others to get invested and give some time back
- Use for future funding/grants (Also need to have analytics)
- Give members who contribute some recognition
- Totally voluntary to record/submit hours - NO reward
- A "top 3" each month on the main list page and shout out during meeting
- See mailing list for an email detailing things later this week
- Want to tie it into the collective system Ian is working on for voting and member tracking
- Until then, email Elly@hive13.org
- Open spreadsheet or wiki page to manually record for now
