      • Weavers guild of Cincinnati seemed really interested in hyping each other up, mutual having posters at each others space or something like that. Kayla talked with their VP Karen
        • Molly B main contact; at Weavers guild. President (?) is named Melissa and VP is Karen
          • Had told Molly they're interested in teaching class / helping us set up loom, etc. We should try and foster that friendship
      • We have business cards, we could make some simple posters that we could have hung up at places fellow makers might hang out (library? coffee shops ((I just know they still have big corkboards)), Indigo Hippo? Art galleries? That wood store?) - Kayla
        • Kayla willing to work on this if we think it's a good idea
    • We've had a lot of success historically with Learn To Solder and Makerfaire. Let's look in to those but where else do you see us?
    • What classes do you wanna see us offer to the community? Are you willing to help teach?
    • Keep an eye out for Made in Camp from Wavepool!
      • We can do a lot of fun stuff with that event!!
  • Shifting Outreach meetings slightly
    • Instead of every third Wednesday, why not the Wednesday after the board meeting?
    • Three meeting weeks (board-weekly-outreach) are exhausting and this change is a minimal for scheduling purposes.
  • Parade behavior
    • We will be at Pride this year and that is explicitly a space for the LGBTQIA+ community. We may be lead in the parade by a queer/trans person but we still have to be respectful and understand that this is not a time to center ourselves but show up, represent the Hive, and support the community.
    • Any disrespectful language, sentiments, or general fuckery is not part of our organization and if you have qualms with this, please check the Code of Conduct you agreed to with membership.
      • Making a mistake and learning is a good thing, being a bigot is not.
