  • How far out do we want to schedule?
    • 4 months is good
    • Stay ahead!
  • Contact speakers 3 weeks ahead to remind and get materials they need
    • 3-4 sentence summary of topic
    • Last minute details
      • Checklist of needed things
    • In person only for certain speakers?
      • Depends on the speaker.
      • Hand-held mics can be a limitation.
        • Wireless clip-on mics are expensive.
          • Investigate further.
