Overview

Given to us by Bill's uncle to turn into a plasma cutter.

Can theoretically cut up to 1/4" mild steel.

Needs a clean and dry air supply. Our air supply is a little better about this than it used to be, but still not good.

Needs to have a semi permanent home so it can stop sitting on the ground. Also needs a dedicated 20A drop. Will draw anywhere from 12A to 20A @ 120V.

Tip to make cutting easier: put a piece of kapton tape over the nozzle. This will give you the proper spacing you need between the tip and your workpiece without shorting the tip out.
